1. What types of bags does VelvetPioneer offer? We offer a wide variety of stylish and functional bags, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your bag is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn bags in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your bags high-quality and durable? Yes! We use premium materials with strong stitching, reliable hardware, and reinforced handles. Our bags are designed for everyday use while maintaining their elegant look over time.

7. How do I care for my bag?

  • For faux leather: Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
  • For canvas/fabric: Spot clean gently.
  • Store in a dust bag when not in use.
  • Avoid overloading and direct sunlight for long periods. Specific care instructions are included with each bag.
